Pokemon leave? when they faint?!

Two of my pokemon fainted and when i go to the pokemon pouch they are not there :C and they aren't in the pc either. Can anyone help? is this a bug?

Uhm are you playing the nuzlocke mod? Cause if pokemon faint in nuzlocke they die, like they disappear and you can't get them back kind of dead. So that'll probably be the problem. Just don't let your pokemons faint anymore

If you want to keep them just start a new game with Kolben. Thats the original game.

yep!! i re-caught one and name him Hershey lol i wasn't going to at first but i thankfully changed my mind
