Nuzlocke basically 'Hard' mode.

Basically, you're forced to rename, you can only catch one Pokemon per area, your Pokemon die instead of fainting (as far as I can tell), you can't use healing items, the difficulty is locked on 1 (default is 0) and it's game over once all of your Pokemon are dead.
