In this game, the item is spelled "Paralyze Heal", whereas in all the main games (even those without the item name restriction), the item is spelled "Paralyz Heal". I'm not sure whether this was intentional (to purposely fix the spelling) or not. Here's an image of the one I picked up in Sprout Tower:
