need helping creative custom skin

I want to create a skin similar to the lance sprite but with long black hair and a all black robe. I have no idea how to do this, nor am i good at making sprites from scratch.

So you want a sprite reminiscent of this?
I could do it but it end up being a PNG file. Youll need to convert it into a XNB file afterwards.

You could probably just re-skin the Lance sprite, since that is not very hard. Else there are good spriters on this website. For example, Shou made this custom Sephiroth sprite for me

actually that skin is perfect for re texturing!
