This is my first Mod in my whole life: It will have 310 Pokémons from all the regions, 35 of them are legendaries. The changes, for now, will be only the pokémons.
Starter changes:
Deino will replace Cyndaquil as starter.
Gible will replace Totodile as starter.
Bagon will replace Chikorita as starter.
Game changes:
Shiny Milotic will replace Shiny Gyarados in the Lake of Rage.
Higher levels to trainers and wild Pokémons.
Trade evolution will be changed to happiness.
Female Kirlia will evolve into Gardevoir, Male Kirlia into Gallade.
Different Elite 4.
Team Rocket's plans will even more evil.
Some Pokémons will have higher stats (Examples: Houndoom will have +20 defense, Beedrill and Butterfree +20 to all stats).
Maybe more Skins.

Charizard: Fire/Flying>Fire/Dragon
Blastoise: Water>Water/Steel
Gyarados: Water/Flying>Water/Dragon
Sceptile and Serperior: Grass>Grass/Dragon
Luxio and Luxray: Electric>Electric/Dark
Pignite and Emboar: Fire/Fighting>Fire/Steel
Dewott and Samurott: Water>Water/Fighting
