Downloaded new update for game and server but i cant play it? HELP!!! Dx

Hey guys/girls!
I downloaded the 27.1 update for the game as well as the update for the server and for some reason I cant play the new update. It doesn't even give me the option to click on it. I will greatly appreciate ANY help y'all offer to me. Thanks!
