Fixed Small Egg Hatching Typo

"Congratulations" is incorrectly spelled as "Congratulcations".

I hate to make a thread over one letter, especially since I found it kind of funny.

Its funny as hell and kinda goes with the whole baby pokemon cuteness
Besides we can make this an inside joke of sorts for the rest of the game onwards!
