Fixing longstanding gender-related bugs

Something I've always found annoying is that Nidorina and Nidoqueen are sterile, that Tauros and Miltank are not the same species like Nidoran or Volbeat/Illumise are. I'd like to see these "bugs" fixed, since they're relatively minor and don't cause much of an impact.

Mmmm I don't see why not, but I think things like this should be like an option that can be turned on or off. There are lots of other things that could be added to breeding (like an interface with options to force results onto the child, for example). It really depends if we want breeding to be "advanced" or "original"..
