Duplicate [0.27] Splash does damage?

I was doing a playthrough with the new update. and I came up to a hoppip, it used splash as a move and it ended up causing damage!

If you look at the hp between the turns you can see that splash did 1 hp damage!

Also it even critical hit before this screenshot. I wasn't able to save it though

We merged all attacks to a new system and some aren't finished now.

actually the more i think about it the more okay i am with it.
it's about time magikarp gets a little more potency!

I think that the forum would have a lot of thread with the same problem, maybe adding all the bugs of the moves in only one thread would be better, thanks.
