Hello Guys
I just want to know where i can get a larvitar?
or larvitar isnt in game yet?

Larvitar can be caught at Mt. Silver, but since the game is far from completed up until that point, you will have to cheat your way to it. As a pokemon, larvitar is in the gamefiles, just no catch area yet.

how to cheat my way to Mt.Silver? i never played gold or silver version but i have played the fire red so i dont know what to do in gold or silver version

You can't cheat your way there since Mt. Silver is not even put in the game. When I said you have to cheat your way to it, I ment Larvitar, there is threads and video tuturials on how to do that.

Yes, and it will learn the moves its supposed to learn as long as the move is implemented.
