Converting .png to a .xnb file

I have got a sprite sheet,

But I need some help with converting it into a .xnb so I can use it ingame as my character. If someone could be so kind to convert it, or give my some advice on how to myself would be very much appreciated.

I would appreciate if you could create the file as I'm really confused on what to do...
I installed all the filed needed to convert it and I ran XNB Formatter to create the .xnb file but it says "Build failed".
So if you have the time it would be much appreciated.

i wanted a xnb of erika, but i can't install xnb game studio on my computer. could someone make it for me. i have a sprite sheet if someone needs it. true i got it from deviantart, but it's not like i'm giving it to other people. i just wanted to use it for myself.

your sprite has to be an xnb file. then you go to your pokemon folder, then content, then textures, then choose whatever folder it is your sprite goes in. if it's a trainer, it goes in npc.
