Help after 3ºGym

I need to know how to pass after the 3ºgym, i cant fight with sudowoodo. what i can do ?

The game update only goes as far as the route where you find Sudowoodo, there isn't a way to get around it yet or go to the next town until the next big update. For now, I am training my pokemon by leaving some with daycare man and going out and fighting with the others, so that when the update does come around, my pokemon will be super ready

Also it is fun to go explore around the Ruins of Alph if you haven't yet
