Not a bug Ability bug and No Tm from Whitney

Not sure if its a bug or you haven't gotten to it yet but Whitney doesn't give a tm once you beat her and the ability on every single pokemon is "ups grass moves in a pinch". I am also curious if there are EVs in this game.

The abilities aren't implemented in the game yet, so it's a placeholder atm. And there are EV's in the game yes.

The TM will be added later.
It's not in the game because the move Attract isn't either.
