Trashing confirmation

After following Darkfire's quick guide of how to get the togepi egg in old saves I decided to trash the TM I got and thought that it would have been nice if the game had asked me if I really wish to trash (number of items) (item). Not sure if removing pokemons on PC asks for confirmation either. The scenario of me accidentally clicking the trashcan has been on my mind many times...

I want to change a little bit your suggestion, almost everything with the items doesn't have a confirmation question, like when you use items on battle, or things, maybe everything should have confirmation (a faster one)

I don't think that everything should have a confirmation. Just the big stuff like the Master Ball, TMs, HMs (Dunno if you can trash those anyways), and other stuff. Normal Pokeballs and whatnot are fine since they are replaceable.
