Night time in pokemon 3d begins at 10:00 pm and ends at 5:00 am. And during night time a bunch of rare/really cool pokemon come out. The only problem is that some people like me are never on that late at night. So, i think that night time should start at 8:30 or 9:00 and as a result, more people will be able to go on and catch there rare pokemon that are only out during night time.

You can change your PC clock to change the time phase of the game. :)
Or instead night time could start earlier.
I don't see how night starts at 10. Night should start at 8 to be more realistic. And maybe evening at 5.
yeahh an eariler night time would just be much more realistic any way. The sun doesnt set at 10 it sets at around 6! but that is too early so i think that 8 or 8:30 would be a perfect time

That's not totally true. The sun set time depends on which period of the year and in which country you are on. For example, on the summer in my country the sun sets around the 9:30 PM so often. Maybe the timing can change according to the month of the year, just like the rain and the snow. I think in this way everyone would be happy! :)

And in some countries the sun never sets in parts of the year and in others it hardly rises. We need a reasonable approximation that provides the most availability for players.

Ehm, I'm in the Europe, not in the north pole. There are two hemispheres in the world. It's not possible to approximate when in the other hemisphere the time is totally different. Plus the time which the sun sets on my country it's approximately the same time of the most of the Europe.

Take a look to London or Berlin in June:

Morning

5 AM - 9 AM
In the morning, the sky is cloudy and orange because the sun is rising.
There is also a special version of this phase, called aurora borealis. In 1 out of 250 cases this occurs. It changes the sky color to a darker orange color and adds aurora effects to the clouds.

Day

9 AM - 6 PM
The day has a light blue sky with white clouds. It lasts for 10 hours.

Evening

6 PM - 10 PM
In the evening, sky gets darker and the clouds are light blue - light pink colored.

Night

10 PM - 5 AM
The night is the darkest phase. It lasts for 6 hours. The sky is clear and one can see the stars.
