Raise 3rd person Camera Height

It'd be great if you could raise the height of the 3rd person camera. Where its at now it's difficult to see the surroundings and past the avatars head.

I agree .What also would be nice is if you could drag your mouse around and it wouldn't effect the avatar turn. So you could see the front of your avatar.
