Not a bug Leveling up more than once

I don't know if this is a bug but if you level up more than one level you don't get the chance to learn some moves. They just get skipped.

It isn't a bug, but when your Pokemon has more XP than it should at its current level, it'll level up more than once.

I think they don't skip moves, but I could be wrong. Somebody before tested it and said that it doesn't. Hmmm

I leveled growlithe up and it learned ember. Then the game died. I leveled it up again but he went up two levels at once and he didn't learn ember
