Not a bug Weird Snow and Re-Appearing Apricot

Whilst walking out violet city, I saw this!

When I went out, this is what I saw.

Oh yea, and I picked that apricot on the tree before noticing the snow.

I think nilllz mentioned the thing with the apricoco before (it doesn't seems to be possible due to technical limitations) - I would guess the snow-thing is a similar problem...

The Apricorns are something that I cannot change due to technical limitations of the offset maps.
And the snow is saved with the offset maps in a temporary store, if you go back into the Violet City map it should notice that the season changed and regen the map without snow.
The problem there is just that it loaded the map + offset map and then changed the weather afterwards. So it loaded the offset map with snow. Also: no fix for that due to technical limitations.
Take the snow one just as a little thing where the snow stays in the other maps for a little time It's a feature now

when we talk about the weather already:
shouldn't the weather depend on the place, too and not just on the month?
I think there would be snow in Blackthorn City more likely than in places like Goldenrod-city, Olivine City, or especially Cianwood City
