Not a bug (0.25) Day/Night Cycle not working

It's always daytime no matter what time I'm playing the game and no matter how long I play the game.

Also, as a side bug that might just be my dumb luck, pokemon encounters sometimes seem to act bugged where you just keep on encountering the same pokemon over and over and over until you leave the area and come back to it.

Are your computer clock working well??
Pokemons rate seens to be working, can you tell what map are you having this problem??

The day/night cycle is not perfect right now. It goes by your computers clock and not the in game clock. So when it gets to a certain time on your pc's clock it will change the games day/night cycle. Dont go by in game clock.
