Isn't it great for someone like you to win such an important Pokémon? Though I could've sword I used my non-existent developer powers to make it shiny with full IVs, along with the best nature and moveset. Probably just didn't go through.

Hey everyone! From here I want to address 3 things.
1. It's been decided that instead of going through the Pokédex from 001 and onwards, we'll randomly decide which evolution line gets chosen out of the whole thing! Sorry if you were expecting a Pidgey.
2. Expect some reformatting of the lottery entries as time goes on. I tend to be like that. I'll find a good balance of what I want eventually.
3. Sorry for being over an hour late on this entry. I woke up a little late and wanted to reformat the lottery entries, which took much longer than expected. A lot longer. Shouldn't be a problem from here on out though.
