Outdated/Incomplete Wiki

I recently got back into the game after a break and was looking through the Wiki to help complete the Pokedex and noticed the Wiki is outdated or missing pages on locations for example. Is there a way I can apply to help with the Wiki or is that only for dev/admin to work on?

Creating wiki accounts was disabled due to the high influx of spam. I'll see if I can get Daniel to grant you wiki editing permissions.
