Crash [Indev 0.54.2] Won't Start

I installed the game restarted my PC I have everything required to play it and it still won't work.

What I expected to happen:
The game to start.

What actually happened:
It showed the screen with that said it was not made by Nintendo then it crashed.

Are you sure that you have OpenAL installed?

Crash log specifically mentions that one of the game's files is being used elsewhere. Be sure to close any text editor/other copies of the game before starting it up.
