Solved Poll editing powers

Currently only modderators can edit the first post of a thread to include a poll after the thread has been created
I think many people(especially those making mods) would appreciate having the ability to get opinions on things whenever they need without starting a new thread(I know that I had this many times)

Normal members has this permission:

• Edit post by self
• Edit thread title by self (requires edit own post)
