Use Earthquake on a Gligar that is underground due to dig.

First thought: Where are there wild Level 100 Gyarados!?
Second Thought: Fainted? No, that blast vaporized that Pidgey, had the effect of a tactical nuclear strike on the nearest town, and had catastrophic effects on ecosystems all over that continent. Basically, Level 100 Gyarados, eater of worlds.
