Launcher doing weird things.

Hello

A few months ago, when opening up the launcher,
no news began to appear and it's telling me it couldn't
connect to GitHub, no matter the internet connection I use.

I tried updating the launcher recently, in hopes that this would fix it, but sadly no.
(The game is not starting up, either, freezing at the monogames logo.)

I hope someone can help me.

Launcher doesn't work right now, use a standalone version of the game instead. You can find it from the GameJolt or GitHub page.

There's a new button at the top of this site called "Download Game". It should take you to the GitHub release page. Just go to [0.54.2] and try Release.zip.

So... I just tried it out and... it still doesn't work.

That usually means you don't have the game's software requirements installed. OpenAL and .NET Framework are needed for the game to work.

Try downloading Release.zip again, but ensure no third party programs are interfering with it (like an antivirus), it's possible that some files were corrupted.

Nope, still not working.
(I wouldn't know of any programms that could interfere.)

Double-check the software requirements, that's the only way I could see this happening, even if you were able to play before.
