Solved [Indev 0.54.2] Sound/Music is going too fast and starts chopping

So the game's sound is simply going too fast, and then on the second loop it starts being all choppy

What I expected to happen:
Sound playing normally

What actually happened:
Music and sound effects too fast and chopping

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot up the game
2. Get ears bleeding

Heres some information just in case it might help:
Windows 10
NVidia GeForce 1070
Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz
Using Nahimic 2+ Audio Driver

I should note that i tried reopening the game many times, and once by pure luck the sound was ok. But hasn't been alright again ever.

Hmm, this is a new one. I'd try deleting everything and redownloading the game again; it's entirely possible some files got messed up.

Also are you using any ContentPacks? Right now they don't work without workarounds.

Hey, i just found the solution, turns out i didn't have OpenAL installed after all in this pc hahah

Now it works like a charm again

Interesting. Everyone who forgot to install OpenAL so far couldn't even open the game, but you somehow got past that.
