Lol I love Lucario. One of my favorite pokemon. Do you want to add him manually or do you want to catch a Riolu/lucario?

If you are getting Lucario because of trouble with rock type, i should warn you: I have a Riolu myself which i have stopped training due to the fact that it can't learn most of it's attacks because they are not yet in the game. It should be the exact same for Lucario.

EDIT: It should be able to learn Metal Claw though.

I believe the happiness is implemented. I could test it if you want, and if it isnt, I could have him evolve at a level (25 maybe?)

A nature raises one stat and lowers another in exchange.
Naughty Raises Attack and lowers defense.
Lucario's defense isnt the best, so its better to have it lowered than something else.
