Yeah i remembered, but everytime i go in im stuck with kadabra

I just copied the line for Alakazam in your party.dat and inserted the code in my own file. As you can see below it works fine.

As long as you download the files linked in the third line of my signature
those will allow you to get 3-5 gen pokemon

Wait like does it give me the codes so i can have the pokemon already or i have to catch them?

The files simply adds the Pokemon to the game. Normaly, you'd would still need to catch to get them, but since you can't catch 3rd, 4th or 5th generation pokemon yet, you will have to add them via the codes.

how come i cant catch them? . Also, Where do i put the folder? do i just go to pokemon/data/number 448[lucario] and just copy it and put it in my party.dat?

Well that's simple: You can't catch ex. Hoenn Pokemon in Kanto or Johto right. Each generation can for the most part only be caught in their respective region, but i'm sure you know that.
As for the location, go to /Pokemon/Content and just paste the downloaded Pokemon and Sound folders in there.

Just paste the entire sound folder into the content folder. Do the same with the Pokemon folder.

You may have to overwrite some files.
