Catching Abra

Is there something wrong with abra, or is it just me? Everytime I try to catch him he ALWAYS teleports anyone got any suggestions? Please help.

Of course he teleports away, teleport is abras only move XD. To catch him , you either need to be REALLY lucky with some type of ball, or you have to completely prevent it from using any moves while you deplete its hp, by putting it to sleep for instance.

Sure thing. You shouldn't have any major trouble catching it if you can get it down to 1 hp while it is sleeping. There are plenty of Pokemon in the game with sleep. For instance, Butterfree learns sleep powder at lv 12 i believe. Both execute, hoothoot and noctowl that you can find by headbutting trees have hypnosis aswell.

A supply of White Apricorn balls (can't remember if that's fast or quick) might also work.

Yeah i have drowzee who c an make u sleep but abra kept tele porting, so i used flaafy and hes the only pokemon that i have that can hit abra first so i used thunder waved, he got paralyzed and caught him with REGULAR poke ball xD.
