Problem with run

I install all what i need.

- Download newest Launcher
- Install NET Framework 4
- Install XNA

And when I try to launch game, then i see this:

I'm no expert on this, but it looks like there is an error with the microsoft net runtime. Try a complete uninstall of the Microsoft Net Framework and install it anew.

I tried on brother computer and this is different. When I launch ,,Launcher", then i see window and information to install NET 4. In my computer, when i double clicked on ,,Launcher" i see only this error.
