Not a bug [0.24.1] Hidden Power isn't working

My onix learned Hidden Powr by hack and it says Tackle, in the secret new move list by draco and by nilllzz says that that move was implemented

It's not that secret, he wanted the list in a PM and I gave it to him

And back to topic: the move is in the list but not available due to bugs with it in the 0.24.1 version.
The list is from the current game's state in 0.25.
So you know which is one of the new moves in 0.25.
