And when we add pokemon should we leave the Moves blank or should we add a wiki chart of them from bulbapeida?

The move section works like this:
"Move|Level|Move's number"


There arent in order, you should order this by level and then by move number.
If you want to add Pineco's moves you should write this:

I have the original code saved as a back up so....

It's perfect, I wanted to do that... aand don't worry about the back up, the Wiki save every change and one can undo the editions

I liked it, but don't put "MS" as the title of the photos, put Photo/Image, nothing or make this:

Those moves haven't been put in yet
you can leave them there or just replace the template with the name of the move(anything thats blank can signify that the move hasn't been implemented)

yes, but Take Down, is above Selfdestruct, and Pineco learn selfdestruct at level 6 and Take Down at level 12.
