Wild Encounter Steals Item Permanently

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
When a Pokémon uses trick against me Items are swapped. Item returned after battle

What actually happened:
lose item permanently

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a Pokémon use Trick if it succeeds
2. Kill Pokémon or leave battle item is gone forever

As Pokémon 3D is more or less based on the Generation II core games, and our method of dealing with this situation has been inconsistent, the staff team has decided to follow how Generation II handles held items in wild battles (Gen III was the point when items could no longer be stolen by wild Pokémon: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Thief_(move)).

Because of this, we are now considering this behavior a feature of the game, and will not be recovering any items that are lost to it. The player must be more cautious with their held items when fighting wild Pokémon.

This mechanic applies to all moves that deal with relocating items during battle.
