Solved i cant enter cherrygrove city

everytime i try and enter the second city,Cherrygrove city, the game crashes and stops working

What I expected to happen:
...i enter the city and go to professer pokemon

What actually happened:
...game crashes

Does the game generate a crash log? If so, please post it under this thread.

it does not, it is the same thing just like before, the window ' pokemon3d has stopped working' comes up then it closes

Try opening it with Notepad.

Oh, you don't have to put all of it.

Try this: delete log.dat. Try to enter Cherrygrove again. If it crashes again, then post the file.

You may have some corrupted files, try redownloading the game through the launcher.

Delete the Content, maps, and Scripts folder of the game, and redownload the game through the launcher.

okay im a tiny bit confused, i downloaded this thing called 'Launcher' is that the right thing or is it wrong? if its right, what do i do now?
