I started this lottery back in 2013 as an excuse to get rid of my unused Pokémon without releasing them. I had a lot, but of course they eventually ran out, so others were needed. Back in the good ol' days, this baby ran on donations alone, but obviously this is not a sustainable business model nowadays. The quickest access to uncommon Pokémon becomes the Safari Zone, so that's what I typically use. This is why I tell those to; before releasing something, consider sending it to me instead.
