Fixed [Indev 0.54] Unable to Enter Full Screen Mode

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
Be able to enjoy the game "Full Screen"

What actually happened:
The game do not fill up my entire screen in full screen mode. The resolution is not correct.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a wide screen not bigger than XNA default max size limit. 2048 x 2048
2. Have a bigger screen dpi, not 100%.
3. Play the game, press F11.
4. You will notice that it doesn't fill up the entire screen.
