As far as I can see, no not yet. It seems like the update is a little delayed. Anyway, assuming you haven't touched the launcher settings, if there is any updates the launcher will automatically tell you on startup

when you start the game there is the last version thing, when ever there is an update you click it and it will tell you if there is a new update and was the update release.

what will be in this next update? bike? game-corner? only city and gym? story (dunno if there was already a story-piece in the radiotower the time you visit the city first time)

My 2 strongest Pokemon is pretty close to level 40 aswell, though i have stopped training them for the time being and am currently training some of the Pokemon who would otherwise just be stuck in the pc lol.

As for the update, i too have been wondering why the wiki only seems to mention bug fixes and nothing else and the launcher doesn't say anything at all. We have been waiting for Goldenrod City for 3 weeks now, I will be REALLY surprised if it isn't part of the update.

nillzz said that there will atleast be the gym
however he also said that he is blocking other areas off because they aren't done
we can basically be ensured the main town, pokecenter, and the gym
anything else is questionable
it would be cool if we also got the next route and or the watering can(at that point everything up to ecruteak would be there except stuff in goldenrod and the nat park)
