help i need some help

i cant put the game in full screen, and my run te game faster in the house, but veeeery slow in the open map what i need to make the game to work in full screen or more fast?
aditional information: i have windows 7

You toggle between window and fullscreen mode with the f11 keyboard button.

As for your game performance, if you have a weak/older pc, you should lower your graphics settings. Hit E, open the options menu and try changing graphics to the lowest value (if it says fancy, lower it). You can try lowering the offset map aswell. Putting that value to 0 should prevent the offset map "completely".
