Solved [Indev 0.53.3] Messed Up Sky

In the main menu, everything that's above the trees doesn't appear and, as it turns, there are some kind of "ghostly" remains of the panel.
Same bug in-game.
What I expected to happen:
I expected i could see the sky.

What actually happened:
No sky, just these "ghostly remains" of the aerial stufs
I added screenshots to show what I mean.

Have you tried messing with all of the graphics options?

Yep but it didn't change anything :/ It's a new pc btw, I hadn't that problem with the old one...

In fact, anything above the trees, even my player profile or the "Options" panel, stays stuck in the air...
