I Changed my username on Gamejolt Cause i had too many numbers in it now when i log into pokemon i have to start over from the beggining i was a really long ways into the game

Try reloading a few more times. Sometimes, changes doesn't apply immediately.
If not, I am unsure how to help you, if you lucky enough to have a backup save (which only exist on unofficial version) I could have restore it back for you.

thanks but im just gonna wait a week and try to change my username back to what is was before see if that works i do have a backup save but im not sure how to use it get my progress back.
