Fixed disappearing pokemon?

caught pokemon started filling box 1 all , caught 13 pokemon in total, and all but the last two caught that went to box 1 were deleted... they still regester in pokedex as caught but are non existant in storage

Where can i find box 1?
(Sorry I'm new to the game and I can't find anything about it)

Go to the Pokémoncenter (houses with a turning, red sign) and go to the PC in the right corner.
Open it up and choose "Bill's PC".
You will get to the Pokémon storage system where you can put Pokémon into boxes. These boxes are named "Box 1" to "Box 12".

MY i was messing around with the settings and my gyarados disappeared, but he is still in my party file wtf?

We are locking down the party files
for now you can just delete the security code and it will be remade but don't edit stats anymore

i recently put a male eevee and ditto in the day and today when i played both were gone and the old man's window says deposit pokemon 2 available slots and they are not in my box neither please Nillz and Darkfire resolve this bug problem if not im not playing anymore if bugs like those keep appearing
