Need help

so basically i cant play the game unless i uninstall nero

no! dont worry about the file associations, it just happens to have the same file extension as something nero uses, its not an issue at all. files are just files, the file extension is just so windows can open it with something when you double click it/organisation of files

you're missing something and its stopping you from playing, thats all. you have all the service packs for xp right?
