What was your most tragic deletion or moment in Pokemon?

Did you ever have that kid or sibling that would delete your save file or unhook the cord when trading. I hated that. I was extremely far in Sapphire, and I almost completed my Pokedex. We're trading, and he gets out and unplugs the cord immediately. My game freezes. I'm like.... Oh god...... NO......NO....... He's got this troll face on, and I'm like it better not be gone.... I reset it. Menu:

NO!!! I was so mad! He's laughing, and I'm almost crying. I was devastated. Everything was gone!

Well I had a Pokemon Ruby and I had so much awesome pokemon. That was my first pokemon game. I was trying to find the illusive feebas but I thought if I didnt look at the screen my luck would be better. I only allowed myself to listen to the sounds. All of a sudden I hear a *TING* and I looked and it was a shiny carvana! So that was my first shiny. After that I got a shiny Skarmory and a shiny Spin....I dont remember its name. Anyway I lost my Ruby one day and I seriously searched for hours. I could not find it. Like 3 years later I moved and when I moved I looked and hoped that someone found my Ruby. To this day I think my cousin stole it..... Anyway thats my story.

My brother reset my Crystal cartridge after I had levelled my main team all up to 100, an impressive feat with the patience of an 8 year old.

The day my Pokemon Crystal died, But I managed to resurrect it by changing internal batteries. I had to buy special tools for it though

i corrupted my Pokemon silver cartridge by attempting a duplication glitch, it worked well until i turned it on the next day. To this day i have the cartridge but i can no longer hold any saves

it was pokemon diamond i had every starter and rare pokemon with a shiny regigigas. one day my sister * 5 years olded then me* decided to delete my 200 hour game slot for a game she only played once. this was a good few years ago and never played it since.

My story is of epic proportions of doucheyness, when ruby and sapphire just came out i got sapphire, played through it until 8th gym then i lost it, well after my parents had help me tear my room and closet apart looking for it, one of my friends (we will call this one Marcus) says they just got a sapphire traded to them for some yu gi oh cards by my friend at the time named Anthony I didnt think anything of it, so to play with marcus, i saved my money and got ruby, well i was far as heck in the game and it randomly came up lost one day, but then later in the week i notice Anthony playing a ruby version, that looked like it had the same stick figure scratch in the top as mine had.....so i called him out on it (and being 12ish year olds there wasnt much i could do) so i took the case to my parents, whom called his mother...and she even freaking defended the kid saying "i bought this for him last week".....long story short he stole both my games, and apparently this happened with others round the neighborhood as well, including his mom sticking up for them, once even for a pink barbie bike 0.o
