what type of file is it .rar or .zip
if its a .zip you can do it with out those programs

She just showed me a screenshot and she has it extracted (unzipped). The launcher still isn't working for her though :/ I'm thinking something went wrong with her launcher download.

Hey guys, I just figured this out! The problem is having Pokemon3D.exe in the same folder as the other .exe with the other files. Pokemon3D.exe must reside outside of the main Pokemon folder.

You should now be able to see your saves!

I've tried downloading older versions and they're still not working for me. :/

The problem is that it doesn't download all of the files that I need in the first place.
