Not a bug My game was deleted?

After downloading the new update .23 I cant click on "Continue", does this mean my entire game was deleted because of the update?????

Someone else just reported a similar issue after updating their game the continue and load game button was no longer clickable or it did nothing.

Can u check and see if your save files are still there.
They are located in the folder pokemon\save

Nope, I got nothing. Also, every time i try to launch it tells me I need to download the update all over again.

I had the same issue as DarkEevee22. However, when I went into the .zip file that I downloaded to install the launcher. I found another Pokemon file and checked it. There I found my saves and the game data files for the game version. For some reason when you launch the launcher it's not recognizing the Pokemon folder when it's in the .zip file.

I fixed this by dragging both the launcher and the Pokemon folder onto my desktop where the launch could easily access the Pokemon folder and read it's contents. Fixed everything for me.

everything should be unzipped to play
the launcher should be in the same location as the Pokemon folder

I have nothing in my Pokemon folder...the only thing I have is the launcher. I checked everywhere.

if you were to download something right now where would it go?
check that location for anything that might be related

Right, which is what caused my problem to begin with. I fixed it though. Didn't realize my issue until I checked my launcher for the same issue DarkEevee22 was having. She's my girlfriend, so I'm trying to help her so she can play.

It would go in my "Downloads" folder and as I have stated before, I checked everywhere

There was no Pokemon folder for her to unzip, all she has is the Pokemon.exe.

pokemon.exe?
that should have come in the /pokemon/ folder
and pokemon3d.exe should be in the same folder as the /pokemon/ folder
try downloading and using my mod(link in my signature) after unzipping it should work

What? I have a folder to unzip lol . I just don't know how to on windows 8
