the worst elite 4 is bruno from johto
he have mostly fighting pokémon, that are very easy to defeat with a pokémon like dragonite
the only problem is onix, but just change to a water pokémon and you win
it is the easyest e4 i have faced

Worst (Easiest in my case) elite four in my opinion is the Johto one. They're so easy because of their low levels. (Then again there was an entire other region to explore afterwards so I don't blame them for doing so.)

Never liked Falkner. He isn't hard, but a gym leader based on reducing accuracy is always crap. Mud slap when the game is offering you rock types against a flying gym is a terrible way to introduce newcomers to pokemon.

Whitney is the easiest gym leader.

You need a ghastly that knows a non-ghost offensive move. Ghastly has levitate so its immune to rollout. None of Whitney's pokemans can touch ghastly.

Also the easiest elite 4 is Red/Blue/Yellow. Since special was one stat, you only needed a decent leveled alakazam to solo the entire thing

A) rollout is rock type so it hits
b) the ability called 'scrappy'

Well nevertheless, with the Bike Shop, teaching Ride to a pokemon will be the easy source of winning against Whitney in this game. Ride is a Fighting[corrected] type move, and that's Miltank's weakness, so yeah. EZmode.

PS: nilllzz did you put that Ride move in on purpose to make Whitney seem easier? :p

I don't have the info on hand, but I do believe you can get charcoal before challenging Whitney. It's not super effective, but her miltank typically goes down in two hits. There are also many pokes with sand attack.

In Pokemon 3D... Whitney doesn't have "Attract", plus you get "Ride", making it alot easer then gen 2.
Whitney DOES have attract now with the newest update, but yes, with ride the fight gets a lot easier.
