Location of TM 27? (Return)

I'm stumped. The wiki says the TM is in the Goldenrod City Dept. Store, but I've talked to every NPC in the building and got nothing out of it. I went inside the Basement, and my ItemFinder keeps detecting a hidden item, which I suspect to be TM 27. Of course, I know that every time you re-enter the Basement, the blocks move their location allowing access to areas inside the Basement for items. I've looked inside all the pathways and I still haven't found that hidden items. Has anyone found this hidden item (which I still suspect to be the TM) inside the Basement? If the hidden item isn't the TM, where is it?

The TM is on the 5th floor. You need to talk to one of the cashiers while it's Sunday and while your lead is very friendly with you.

Other than that, that doesn't answer the location of that hidden item in the Basement...where ever could it be :I

Wiki is indeed outdated for quite a while. Well we have too little people updating it and I am too busy to work on it atm.
