Older versions filled with viruses?

Hey guys, i decided to download an outdated version of the game since the newest version is not compatible with my current OS (i am not the owner of this computer and i am using it with the condition of not changing anything).

But now when i open the launcher i get a warning from AVG that the version of the game that i just downloaded (0.53.1) has a troyan (Troyan Packed2_c.CKJI and this kind of warning never happened on updated versions).

So... should i delete the files or is a false positive?
