Here is the link to download Windows Media Player 12 for Windows 8 computers.

I don't know how many people are using Windows 8, but since WMP isn't included I thought I'd link it as a fix for the song playback error. The current fix guide is Windows 7 only:

(Plus, the Microsoft site can be a bit of a maze sometimes, so it's not easy to find download links :p)
