Solved kronos is blocking way

Describe the bug you experienced here. kronos and a black charmander are blocking the way to mt silver but all he says is soon.....

What I expected to happen:
... me to be able to go to mount silver

What actually happened:
... kronos blockes the way

Next time check current progress of game in here or wiki, because those NPC are there to say that you reach current progress and next place is not yet implemented.
